We have a client that has a 'clever' way of approaching this. They have a block with all the disclamer information saying that by someone moving the drawing form the default location, erase the block, etc. etc. that hold harmless.... blah blah.

This block was the first thing that we would see - they made the text larger than life, so if you performed a zoom all the note is still there staring you in the face.

CADlock.com has a neat utility which allows you to basically create a "license agreement" for your drawings.

That might help.
