Has anyone ever seen something like this on their drawing screen? (see attached image)

This popped up on the top right of my window a couple of weeks ago. Don't know why, what caused it, or how to make it go away.

That means LEVELOFDETAIL is turned on.

 

Levelofdetail shows more or less of a surface model as you zoom in and out. It's a performance enhancement.

Got It. Thanks.

I know now when it happened.

I was trying to create a surface from some USGS data and it asked me about turning level of detail on.
