Could you post the drawing?

(Change the file extension to .txt and upload it)

Just because they are thawed for the drawing does not mean they are on in the viewport.  Go a couple rows over and see if the current viewport is thawed or frozen.

I did get it to work though, viewport visual style setting to 3d wireframe and that solved problem?
