ttf font wont load in civil cad 2011?

I'm trying to load a .ttf file in civil cad 2011 and I cant get it to find this font. I've placed it int he windows font location as well as the font folder under autocad and checked that the font support path is looking in the autocad font folder. ANy Ideas on why I cant get this font to load in civil cad? It loads fine in Autocad 2011 and Architecture 2011 just not civil cad 2011.

You might not have installed the font. Just placing it in the Windows Fonts folder doesn't get the job done. Open the Font file and click install button.(Win7) ~ MaryFontInstall.png
