Hello,
I am using Civil 3D 2012 and seem to have a reoccurring problem with the text styles changing. At the start of the day, I will open my drawing and find that my text style has changed and I am not sure what is causing this. I check my text styles and none of my settings has change nor has the text style. Nothing seems to fix the problem other than running a repair of the system. I was wondering if anyone has experienced this problem before and what his or her solution might have been.
Thanks,
Tim Strickland
I have seen this issue a number of times and I just edit the label style or use importstylesanssettings to get the text style back. I think the text style reverts to Standard when data is moved between files but have no real explanation since I know that the text style replaced always exists in every file.

Is the style changing or the font the style uses?

Visually it is the font the style that is changing, but when I go and check my font for the particular style within my style manager it has not changed. It is the weirdest thing I have seen. If it was just a visual problem I could deal with it but when I publish it reflects the changes.

And you check your font path in option dialog? I see this from time to time and the default font takes over if the prescribed font is not found
