subassembly catalog

my subassembly catalog won't open. i get an error: 

cannot find file:///html/catview.htm. make sure the path or internet address is correct.

i dislike upgrading.it's never smooth.

Have you tried a Repair of the Installation?  That's usually the easiet first choice.

i just ran the repair with no change.

Did you find the location of:

cannot find file:///html/catview.htm

I remembered I had something similar when I loaded 2015, I located it and then went into OPTIONS --> Files--> Support File Search Path to get the correct location and added it.

now i can get the 'my tool catalog' to open but there's nothing in it. this is where it's looking: C:\Users\carl.RBA\Documents\Autodesk\My Content Browser Library\C3D 2015. is this the correct location?
