setting up units

i can't figure out how to set my units, the bearing seconds goes past two decimal places and distance also, and whenever i ad points it goes three places, i only want the bearing to read N 89 32' 32" W, is there a setting some where that i dont know of.

I revised your drawing somewhat. Rt. click on the bearing and select "Label
Properties", I changed the style from Standard to Child of Standard.
I believe it is a good practice to leave the Standard styles as they are.
You can copy and rename or in this case I just made a child of the original
Standard. After selecting the label properties go to the Layout tab. Select
Bearing, click on the ellipses next to contents under TEXT. At that point
you should see several options under Segment Direction. But first delete
the existing entries in the window to the right. Change the precision in
the left side to "1 second". NOW click the Right Blue Arrow above to send
it into the window.
