section view -> profile grade

I am displaying my right of way in section views based on alignment and profile. I have sample lines that are 150' wide. I created my section views at 75' wide. I have two columns of sections per sheet. What is happening is some right of way lines are crossing onto the sections that are next to each other. Is there a way to limit how wide the data gets displayed? Is that the sample line and its overriding the width of the section line?

I also have a problem with vertical. My EG does not fully contain my ROW resulting in Profile points at 0. These points show up in my sections views too. Do sections views/profile grades not obey the elevations?
