resample and combine dems

I have projects that want to see the coast from their location.

That involves about 15 dem's.

I have some at 30m and 10m, but I would like about 60m spacing between points, and one big DEM so AIM does not get the seams between dem's.

any suggestions?

I would consider downloading a seamless DEM from the National Map. If you can find a 2 arc second DEM it will be a 60m grid. If you can't find a 60 m DEM you can get a seamless 30m DEM and decimate it.
