There was great rejoicing when Civil 3D showed up in the mail. After
loading the "preview" software and testing out a couple of alignments and
profiles I couldn't wait to get to a real world problem. So here I am, a
stormwater engineer, looking to throw some pipe in the ground and where are
the pipe tools? They are in my Civil module of LDT but nowhere in Civil 3D.
An index search of the Civil 3D help file for "pipe" returns a blank.
Pipeworks has not been upgraded since Softdesk 7 (or before), is this the
missing piece that is keeping 3D out of production mode? If anyone has heard
anything in the rumor mill please let me know. -Dennis
