pipe network structure and casting

We have 4 basic shapes for our storm structures. In civil 3d can you have it display the structure shape and cover? We hoped to use a block for our cover (either rectangle or circle) and the part size for the outer shape. However you can only have on or the other in the style. Anyone have a good workaround for showing this besides using a block with the outer boundary drawn in (which may not be the right diameter).

define 4 different perts with 4 different style

Create a different block and style for each type/size of structure you'll use, add those structures to your parts list and have the parts list use that  style.
