when I select parcel - create by layout, I get just the top of the tool bar-
no buttons, Ive "pinned" & "unpinned" (push pin symbol) , I 've hovered over
top of the bar, Ive tried to repair, & even a reinstal... still when go to
parcel-create by layout, no Buttons...Im about ready to unisnstall civil3d &
all Land 2004 products & reinstall, but that's such a drag... if there is a
fix that someone could share, well, that would be wonderful.....
FYI - I did a complete uninstall of civil3d & then installed it ..& I have
my parcel buttons back!!
