object WAS open for read

There is a problem with civil 3d when I edit a text I get error: object WAS open for read. Deputy view of the error. I expect a prompt response, thanks.

Sorry it took me so long, I was tied up trying to get other "Users" to remember FILEDIA=1, and that this is a users group not on-demand tech support.
