no object show in drawing

so i have a file that when i zoom extents i can not see or select anything by window but when i use the command erase all is says there are 42 objects in the file but i cant find them

 

rename attached file ext to dwg

 

please help

The entities are invisible. Copy/paste this to the command line, enter, zoom extents, and you will see them.

 

(vl-load-com)

(vlax-for ent (vla-get-modelspace (vla-get-activedocument (vlax-get-acad-object))) (vla-put-visible ent :vlax-true))

why when i save it they all disappear again

They stay visible for me when saving and reopening.
