network installation

Hi guys,
I have a question on installation of C3D network version. I know the typical way to install network license. But one case that the customer still want to use the old version of their C3D, that case I was not able to try. Example they have C3D 06 network version, then they upgrade to C3D 07. But some user still prefer to use the older version so I have to install the old and new version on their server so that the user have the option on what version to use. During the installation, what should be done?

A little help on this, pls.

Thanks

From a technical point of view, you can create and maintain 2 separate C3D installation images...one for C3d 2006 and one for C3D 2007. End users can then decide to deploy either 2006 or 2007 or both.

From a licensing point of view, I'm not sure what is allowed and was is prohibited under the software license agreement.

If you are under subscription, previous versions can be run.
In that case you would need two deployment sites and a combined license file to accommodate both versions.

If you are on subscription then it is allowed, but your combined license
usage (2006 + 2007) at any one time can not exceed the total number of
licenses that you own. Unfortunately, there is no automated way to ensure
compliance with this rule.
