Pipe labels are placed at the center of the pipe. So extend the profileview to where at least half the pipe will show, label it, slide the label to where it will show, resize the profileview.
Profile view properties>Stations Tab>User specified station range>change begin to 38+00 (temporarily so you can see / move the label) label as normally would, drag label to right> reset the station range in Pfl view prop's.
