I am looking for something to convert .job files to .fbk files. I have Trimble business center and AutoCAD C3D 2013.
I haven’t got them to work together yet. I am trying to upgrade from Trimble geo office, which makes perfect field book files but it won’t work on my new computer.
Trimble says TGO is obsolete and that it just doesn’t work on new computers but I can't see why not.
TGO works fine on my Windows 7 pc, not sure about Windows 8. You just need to run it in compatibility mode. If you have already downloaded the data into TGO or TBC, your best bet is to complete whatever adjustments are necessary and export to a csv file. You can then use the survey database to bring your points and complete automatice linework if you require, or just insert the points into the drawing. The fbk format is not very good in my experience....
