so i went to install 2015. i picked all the available download options and it started installing. at one point it asked for a windows disk. i hit cancel because i don't have a disk. installation stopped and none of the programs were installed. i started again and the installation hung up after typing in the serial number. rebooted, uninstalled whatever was installed with today's date and rebooted again and tried reinstalling. still hanging up at the same place. what is the problem?
