import shapefile to civil3d with Z elevation

Hi I have a shapefile that does have an attribute for Z elevation, its title is "elevation" and can be found in object properties (ctr+1). but, my question is in the properties menu shows x,y and z=0 and elevation=xxx, how can I indicate that z s= xxx.

You have to save that drawing and Query into a new drawing. Use the Alter Properties dialog to extract the elevation from the object data and assign it as the Z of the points you're going to Query.
