import ASCIIGRID file

Hello everybody

How can i import ASCIIGRID file in autocad civil 3d

i use autocad civil 3d 2012.

Hi,

 

in Civil-ProjectBrowser right-click on "Surface" ==> look at the second item in your context-menu 😉

thank you for your response i do as you told me but i can't see the file.

the file extension is (.ascigrid)

Hi,

And if it's just the extension (were I'm quite sure that ".ASCIGRID" is not a default extenstion) then try to rename your file to the extension you see in the Civil-dialog and try which one works.

I concur with Alfred: the extension should be renamed to .ASC in order to be understood as regular Dem file.
