help defining roadway assembly

could someone guide in setting up an assembly shown on the attached photo 1. I want to define a ditch that tapers from 0 ft width at a high point to 3 feet at each catch basin, low point 2. centerline and slope of ditch defined by alignment and fg profile 3. slope between the shoulder and ditch btm varies

Can't see your attachment, but based on the description I've created an assembly and corridor which may work for you.
