feature line on strange site

Take a look at this picture.   My feature line is on a long randomly named site that doesn't exist.   I'm evoking the move to stie command to see what site its on and i get a very surprising result.

Just to get teh discussion rolling. Taht looks like teh object may be coming from Data Shortcut somwhow. Can you check source drawing?
