fatal error - out of memory

I have a LDT 2006 dwg that I can't open in C3D 2010. Just about when the file is open I get a FATAL ERROR: out memory - shutting down. It's only 3 megs,

It's only with this dwg. I sent it to my Autodesk support who did an audit, found 12 errors, fixed it and detached all XREF's and it still does it.

Any ideas out there?

If they are able to open it, then tell them to save it as 2010 format, maybe that will solve your issue. Or export it as dwt and then you can save it as dwg.

It turned out to be corrupt viewports. My service provider got rid of all of them and it opens fine. I just have to recreate the VP's now.
