error fatal unhandled e06d7363h exception at fdebac3dh

Estoy trabajando con civil 2012 para 64bit, mi computadora es una intel core i7 a 3.4GHz con 4GB de RAM, creo que el equipo no debe ser mi problema. El error me aparece al tratar de modificar la rasante en perfil. He pensado que ha sido por el corridor (obra lineal), pero he lo he borrado y aun no me deja modificar la rasante. Alguien tienen alguna idea de por que sucede esto?

I hope you can translate what I'm writing.  I used Google Chrome.

 

It is hard to know where these errors come from.

Some things you can try:

Audit.

Turn the computer off and back on.

Start Civil 3D and use the "Recover" command to open your drawing.

Make sure all layers are unlocked.
