Which version are running? Just so u should know, only C3D 2014 is "some what" compartible with windows 8. Nothing against windows 8, but I had to revert to windows 7 for the love of C3D.

Running C3D 2014 & Win8.1 on about 8 computers with no problems.

What version, 2013 or 2014?
Can you better define "it will crashes"?
Is it always during a certain command or when you open, save, etc.?
Did it ever work OK for a period of time and then started this behavior, or has it never worked OK?

To add to the chorus - hardware specs would also be useful.
