catchbasin+storm sewer

Hi

I have a question about stormsewer(pipe network) design.

I have a spreadsheet for design of main pipelines,it means i have invert elevation of pipes and rim elev of manholes.

1-i want to have catchbasins with 1% slope (as fixed) for first

2-how can I use swap for multiple structures

3-please correct me for design procedure at civil3d+SSA:

     - drafting network at civil3d and getting rim elev from a surface

     - export to SSA

     -at SSA assign flows to pipes an then design pipes

     -import to civil3d

  so my question is what is the puspose of "rule" command in this situation.

4-Rule command when can help me,because I think this command don't care to flow at all
