c3d '09, plain text changes location from x-ref base to pp model and paper space

I have text in a base dwg next to a c3d s.s. structure table. Looks fine in base dwg. In the plan/profile this is x-ref in the text is on top of c3d table text. visretain is 1, text is not annotative.

Are you sure it's the text that's moving? Could it be the table? Draw a line or something to double check.

Thanks for the reply. I think it is the scaling of the pipe structure table
from a x-ref in model space to a viewport in paperspace. The text that is
out of place is just plain single line text.

Here is a pdf of the 2 situations.

Thanks

David
