Bring up Autodesk Civil 3D 2006 Help, then click on the "ActiveX and VBA
Reference" Besides the references there are few code samples with the
installation that should get you started. Check in your install directory
under "Sample\Civil 3D API" directory.

BTW, this is one help book that does not have the "Comments?" link on each
page, and our help team is aware of that. If you'd like to send in
comments, you could click on the "Comments?" link in any other C3D help
page, and mention the topic that you are actually sending in feedback for.

Hope that helps.

Hi,

Possibly associated with this is that if you type an ActiveX keyword from
the VBA editor in Civil 3D and press F1, you get no response. Yet in Land
Desktop 2006 you get the relevant help display.

Laurie:

We tested this here, and as long as the Civil 3D type libraries are
referenced in the VBA IDE, typing in a keyword such as AeccAlignment and
pressing F1 does bring up the help in C3D 2006. Is that not working for
you? If not, try an AutoCAD keyword like acad3dpolyine - does that work?
