I have a problem with CIVIL 3D 2013, when I create an axis from a 3D project of curvature, the axis does not correctly following my project.
Can someone give us a solution.
Your post is a little vague. Can you give more detail. Step-by-step procedure of what you've done to get to this point and what you're trying to accomplish.
Are you trying to create an axis of rotation for superelevation? What is a "3D Project of Curvature?" That is not a Civil 3D term, so it's hard to figure out what you're asking.
Thank you Tim for your reactivity.
Let me explain the problem, I modeled my project perfectly on C3D, to draw the longitudinal profiles of water ditches son I created an axis from 3D project. and there I met the problem in the curved axis does not follow correctemet my 3d project.
I hope this is clearer now.
I'm going to make a try at this. I apologize if my assumptions are wrong. I think you're trying to create an Alignment (axis?) or a 3D representation of one by projecting an object to a Surface. If the object being projected is a polyline. You will only get a chord or chords in 3D. Convert your polyline to a featureline and assign elevations from your Target Surface.
