Windows Vistas Columns

Is there a setting to keep the same columns hidden/shown each time you bring
up a certain window vista. IE: when I bring up the data window for a pipe
network I really only need to see about 7 columns. When all the columns are
shown it's to much information to look at. So, I hide the ones that I don't
care about, but it makes me do this everytime I bring the window back up.

Thank you,
John

Some panoramas do allow you to configure the layout permanently; all you
have to do to find out is right-click on the column headers and look for
"Customize columns..." An example of this is in the profile geometry
grid editor.
