Whole Drawing Plotting Raster, Not Vector

I always plot sheets as vector images using the BlueBeam PDF printer. I received a file from another party and every time I plot it using BlueBeam the result is a raster image with white vertical lines. The parts of the drawing that are in paper space plot as vector, so I assume that the issue is with something in model space. I've heard of raster images causing this problem, so I assume that there is a raster image somewhere in the drawing and that deleting it should allow me to print as vector?

How can I quickly see all images in a drawing? I've detached all external references, and I can't seem to find any images in the drawing. Any other ideas as to why this drawing will only plot as raster?

The only rasters that wouldn't be an attachment would be those inserted as an OLE entity. So try searching for those.

Nevermind. I was getting a raster plot because of the UCS settings. I created a new viewport and all is well now.

Thanks!

I have an identical issue in AutoCAD 2016.  A drawing I received from a coworker won't plot a vector pdf except the elements in paper space.  UCS doesn't seem to be the issue.
