Where did 2014 Help Contents go?

Sometime in the last week the "Contents" list disappeared. Instead of a list, now it just says "Use Search". Where did it go?

Over the weekend I experienced problems with the SUBSCRIPTION web page, but it appears OK now.

Hi Bill,

It was the Fourth of July weekend. What were you doing working?  

The new "contentless" 2014 Help Section seems here to stay. The 2015 Help Section still has a Content List, so I guess I'll mozy over to 2015.

Sometimes when I use the Help Section, I don't know exactly what to call what I need to know. The content list allowed me to nose around the general area I needed (Help, Tutorials, or Best Practices) until I could find an answer.
