Wblock not working

Wblock won't work.  Even if I shut down my computer, restart a new drawing and draw a simple polygon, it won't let me wblock it.  I can select the objects but it won't let me select a file location.  It is just blank.  My filedia is set to <1> but nothing will happen when I select the file location.  If I select the default location nothing happens, the program just hangs in suspension and does nothing.  I have to shut down Civil 3D from the task manager and restart?

It was being caused by my phone.  I had my Motorola phone plugged into the computer to charge.   When I unplugged the phone everything worked fine, when I plugged the phone back in Wblock would not work.
