View a surface in 3D

Hi All,
Can some one please tell me what is the command to view a surface in 3D, not 3D Orbit, not Isometric view. I just remember that.... hit the command and another window pop up to view 3D surface.

Pick the surface, right click, Object Viewer.

I think I lost right click commands, that is a problem right now. Do you know how to turn right click comands back?

Just a thought, but have you checked the Right-click Customisation settings
under the User Preferences tab of the Options dialog box?
