Vaults snapping to zero elevation in profile view...

I have several structures that repeatedly keep adjusting to the zero height level in profile views. Both custom and standard parts seem to do this. Anyone know why this would happen? The structures are connected to the pipes and the pipes keep their vertical values and aren't dragged down with the vault. Strange problem.

Set the rim surface adjustment (or something like that name) to false and it should stop it from going to zero. It usually happens in my drawings when the I don't have a surface referenced or when the referenced surface is not above the structure.
