Undo Command - disabled in order to prevent file overflow - Civil 3D 2014

Undo Command still turning off (disabled) constantly even after dumping the temp folder, and the turn off, turn on solution does not seem to work either.

Anyone have other solutions to this nagging issue other than re-install???

Autodesk, any solutions????

Save the drawing, close and reopen.  Always solves the problem here.

Yes that solves the problem, but on my machine only for an hour or so, then its back to undo disabled.

Why is this a problem on some machinse and not others???  Has to be a setting or something.

Any insite from Autodesk on this issue or is this something they would prefer to ignore?
