hello. I have a user that accesses project databases for civil 3D projects on a shared network folder. All permissions and access rights are full control. There are about 20 projects in this shared folder that the user may use from time to time. There is ONE project that he is having problems with. When he opens a drawing associated with this one particular project, he receives the following message:
Initializing...
AutoCAD menu utilities loaded.
Unable to load file - locale.dat
Warning: unable to load AEC Tools settings. Using default settings.Warning:
Unable to load ProTools settings. Using default settings.
Loading AecCivilCogo...
Once this message pops up, he has no access to any of his project data. If he reboots his computer, and then goes straight to this project- it opens just fine. if he is working on other projects, then opens a new file that is associated with this project- he receives this error, has to reboot and go directly to this project first. This is not happeneing with any other users, everyone is running winXP fully patched, connecting to a file server running 2008 .Everyone is runing Civil 3D. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
