Unable to Move Inquiry Palette

Windows 7 threw a temper tantrum regarding my placement of multiple monitors, and after several hours of getting the spoiled child to behave itself, I'm now having problems with my inquiry tool palette.  The tool palette was originally on a different sized monitor located in the lower left hand corner, and it's now locked into this location.  I'm unable to move my inquiry tool palette back into the playing field.  See the enclosed image.

Because it's outside my monitor coordinates, I'm unable to grip the title bar and drag it back into the monitor.  I tried temporarily setting my computer to one monitor with no luck.  I tried adjusting the tool palette settings in the CUI interface without any lock.  I tried setting the palette to anchor to the right side without any luck (via the CUI interface).  I tried using CTRL-click on any of the window borders without any luck.  Does anyone have any other ideas to get this thing back into the playing field?

Hi Fred,

Try ALT+****+SPACE and then type M (for Move). This should grab theactive dialog and maybe help you move it. If not you may try chenging the display resolution.

Thanks for the assistance.  I was able to move the window by getting into my Nvidia Control Panel and sliding the smaller monitor to the left.
