Truncate point elevation labels to the left of the decimal

Is there a way in Civil3D to truncate point elevation label to the left of
the decimal? Working in Colorado, it would be helpful to label points 65.43
rather than 8765.43

Any suggestions? Thanks!

Yes. This is for surface labels, but you can do the same thing for Point elevations.
