I have installed Trimble Link for Civil3D 2010 and the menu will not appear in Civil3D anywhere.
I re-installed it 2 times, which sucessfully completes, but to no avail.
I checked cui and it's not there to add either.
Under Customize tab click the load partial customization button (folder with plus over it)
Browse to C:\Program Files\Autodesk\AutoCAD Civil 3D 2012\UserDataCache\Support (the path changes depending on what version/year you are have) and open the TrimbleLink.cuix file.
In the same tab, right click your desired workspace and click Customize Workspace
Expand Ribbon>Tabs on the left side, double click Trimble Link. It should now appear under the chosen Workspace>Ribbon Tabs on the right.
