Tooltips not showing elevation

I have tried rollovertips = 0 and 1

tooltips = 0 and 1

set ALL my 3D objects in my prospestor to show tooltips.

When I over my cursor over my surface I only got "Surface Name" and "Layer" to display

I checked on my CUI and see options of what data to display wi the tooltip and surface elevaiton data is not listed.  See attached photo.

The same limited data is avaialable for profiles and alignments.  No current station or elevaiton shows up or is avaialbe in the CUi to turn on.  These are probly the most important functions these tooltips do.

They worked effortlessly in C3D 2009, what happened in C3D 2011?

I'm having the same problem in 2012.  Anyone have a solution to this?

If I hover over a surface I get the name and layer.  In previous versions of C3D I would also get the elevation.

I don't get elevations when I hover over a profile either, and It worked fine in 2010.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Sometimes I take my hand off of the mouse and wait several more seconds and it eventually "coughs" it out.

I've tried waiting, it isn't working for me.  Any other suggestions?

Do you have Raster Design installed? If I remember correctly, Raster Design messed up some of the tooltips.

Yes I have raster design installed.  This isn't something I can uninstall though.

You do not have to Uninstall.  Just unload it, then reload later.

Thaks Brian, I have to be reminded of that often.
