I am using C3D 2010. I have a question with settings in the Reports Manager. I am looking for where you set the default type of output file. Some of our computers will automatically default to an HTML file and other computers in the office will first have a window pop up asking for where to save the file and the type of format you want the file in. I assume there is a setting for this somewhere.
