This can be done using the Station Elevation profile view transpearant command.
Search the help for transpearant commands to become familiar with them.
Transpearant commands must be ran from within a command.
1. From the Layout Profile toolbar choose New PVI.
2. Select the Profile View when prompted to.
3. Click the Station Elevation Transpearant command from the toolbar.
4. Input 0 leave out the plus symbol, enter, Input the 376 elevation value, enter, next pvi sta, etc.

To get out of the active transpearant command simply hit the escape key once.

It's possible that your profile view isn't tall enough to encompass the elevations that you're trying to enter.  Select the view and right-click to open the profile view properties.  Switch to the elevations tab and you will be able to manually change the display range.
