Title Block Question

Hi everyone I have a problem regarding Title Block Logo. And I am hoping that anybody can help me figure out 

why the logo shows up different when the dwg file is opened to another computer.

I saved the dwg file to my laptop and when it is opened to another computer, it shows up like this attached.

Please see attached screenshots on what shows up.

By the way, the Logo is in "Block" mode.

The block likely includes text which is using a specific font file.  The other computer likely cannot locate that file, and is therefore substituting another one - possibly Simplex.

A solution in this case may be to edit the block and use the 'explode text' command from express tools. Then add solid hatch if necessary and clean it up.
This way, the block will be lines and hatch and will always look the same on every machine, since it isn't looking for an external file to define it.
