I have an issue that developed recently that may be a result of Autocad crashing. When I insert a block into paper space the text will not display unless exploded. MTEXT and MLEADERS must be exploded before they will show in paper space. The text showes in model space when in the Model Tab but not in paper space.
Also when I use Wipeout. the area within the box is showing the lines removed. However when I plot preview and plot the lines are showing.

This should be posted in the AutoCAD threads. But, one thing to check is, if the text is annotative, then make sure the Show Annotative Objects...
If the blocks, mtext, dimensions, or mleaders are annotative they will not show up in paperspace unless the view port scale matches one of the annotative scales applied to the blocks, mtext, dimensions, or mleaders.
Forgot to mention Hatches can be annotative also.
