I have a twisting (switchback) windfarm access track with width targets at several bends and when I apply targetting to the farthest offset the one that is farthest is certainly targetted but it's on the opposite side of the switch back. I eventually split the corridor into regions but is this the best way to do it??
I'm wondering if there's some restraint on the farthest offset i.e. if farthest offset is >x then don't apply??

Hi Neil,
I am assuming that you are referring to a specific subassembly.
Which is the one that you are using?
Thanks,
Hi Neil,
I've just finished a similar design, a switchback road with widenings to both sides. I used a series of polylines to control the widenings, but the lines are only supposed to be present in certain areas. In order to prevent the corridor from finding the control line from another switchback I used ConditionalHorizontalTarget subs to decide what to do.
Basically if the assembly could find the control line within the range limit specified by the conditional sub, then it would build a lane out to the same line. If it didn't find a control line then it would do something else.
