Surface Legend Tables - set default styles?

Is there a way to set the default style used for each of the Surface Legend Table types (directions, elevations, etc.)? For other objects, such as alignments, I can set the default style in the command settings for that object. But I don't see any command settings relating to surface tables. Civil 3D 2008.

Anyone know?
Thanks!

Brent,

I don't find that ability either. I guess the simple solution is to set the
Standard style to your standards (makes sense, I guess). If you want
something other than the Standard style you may just have to change the
style after creation!

Happy Modeling,

Yes, I found it!!!!

In the Toolpsace->Settings tab, Surface->Table Styles->Elevation, right-click on the currend default style ("Standard") -> "Replace with..."

In the next window you can pick the legend-style you want and make it de default-style

I was looking for this a long time ago, the actual place it is set is within each surface style, rather than doing a find and replace (albeit that would be quicked);

  • Surface Style >
  • Each Surface Style >
  • Summary >
  • Levels >
  • Legend Style

I have a default surface style for cut & fills that is set within the template and the table style is associated to this
