Suface Slope Label with Elevations

Is there a way to anchor surface slope start and/or end elevations to the beginning and/or end of the two-point slope as it applies?

For instance, I am preparing a lot grading plan. The high-point of the slope is elevation 20.0, front low-point is elevation 19.75 @ 50' away and rear low-point is elevation 19.00 @ 50' away.

I have created a slope label style that shows % fall at distance. I will like to add the starting and ending elevations to this label and for these elevations to anchor at the beginning and/or endpoint for the two-point slope label. Any help would be appreciated!

Create two text label components and anchor them to the begining and ending point of a direction arrow. It the arrow is not wanted to be shown, set it's visiblity to False (you may also have to set the fixed length to false).
