Subassembly Compmoser Offset API Call

I have created a decision; I need to check whether an offset target is set and valid.  Here is my code.  I believe it's correct, but it gives me that red dot saying it's not.  I've tried...

Yes

'Yes"

True

"True"

I've tried simply OffsetTarget.IsValid without yes or true.

Any ideas?
