Sub Assembly Composer Help

So I've created the attached shape a while ago now but never really needed to use it in anger, but now it looks like I am going to, but it isn't working as expected!

I haven't really used the Sub Assembler Composer much so I'm not sure if it's the shape and codes that aren't working correclty or whether it's my corridor?

The surface doesn't seem to want to run from the start point and up and across the top. All it seems to do is run from the start point to point P3.

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

In Civil3D for your corridor, in your Corridor Properties window, on the Surfaces tab do you have the Overhang Correction set to Top Links?
